Roundtable: “Implementing Strategies to Enhance Guest Experience and Drive Revenue Growth"

 

On April 6, 2024, at A0101, a workshop titled “IMPLEMENTING STRATEGIES TO ENHANCE GUEST EXPERIENCES AND DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH” took place with the participation of many renowned speakers in the Hospitality industry. 

The program features the participation and sharing of perspectives from prestigious speakers:

  • Mr. Gentzsch André Pierre - General Manager of Furama Resort - Ariyana Tourism Complex
  • Mr. Benjamin Castel - General manager of the Pullman Saigon Centre Hotel
  • Mr. Dinh Van Luu - Talent & Culture Manager from Pullman Saigon Centre Hotel 
  • Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Thuy - Expert in Training from IN Hospitality 
  • Mr. Jimmy Cao - General Manager from Signature Hai Ba Trung, M Village 

From the Faculty of Business Administration:

  • MBA Nguyen Quoc Loc - In charge of the Restaurant - Hotel subject of the Business Administration department. 
  • MSC Nguyen Hai Nam - Lecturer of the Business Administration department. 
  • MBA Vu Nguyen Tram Anh - Lecturer of the Business Administration department. 
  • MBA Nguyen Pham Nhu Trang - Lecturer of the Business Administration department.

This seminar brought valuable opportunities for the students of the Faculty of Business Administration to learn and gain knowledge from leading researchers in the Hospitality industry. Students recognized the potential job opportunities in this field in the future through the sharing of Mr. Benjamin Castel and Mr. Dinh Van Luu. At the same time, students understand how to improve the customers’ experience through the explanation of Mr. Gentzsch André Pierre about Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. Besides, students know the way to boosting revenue and attracting potential customers in the digital age. 

At the Q&A session between the speakers and the students of Ton Duc Thang University, not only did it create a lively atmosphere, but it also helped the students gain more understanding about Strategies to Enhance Customer Experience and Boost Revenue and academic knowledge about Management in the current multicultural context. The useful information and knowledge shared by the speaker contributed to helping the students update timely new trends in the industry and the development process of the industry in the future to prepare well for the integration process of the field they are studying.
