On May 25, 2022, the Department of Human Resource Management - Faculty of Business Administration held a seminar "Standing out from the crowd, conquering your dream job" at Ton Duc Thang University. The seminar has received great attention from students in general and those majoring in Human Resource Management in particular. The seminar is the beginning of a series of cooperation activities between Y Chi Vietnam Company Limited and the Faculty of Business Administration - Ton Duc Thang University. On behalf of Y Chi Vietnam, there were Mr. Pham Hong Khanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Y Chi Vietnam.
The program started with the signing event of cooperation between the two institutions - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Minh Ly representing Faculty of Business Administration - Ton Duc Thang University and Mr. Pham Hong Khanh - Representative of Medicine Vietnam. After that, there was a meaningful scholarship awarding activity from Y Chi Vietnam for poor students overcoming difficulties. After the ceremony, there was a workshop with the participation of:

The topic of the talk show revolves around equipping students with skills and suitable attitudes for their career path of human resource management, especially providing students with the most comprehensive and complete view of the world. With many years of experience in this field, the speakers pointed out the issues that students need to identify when they are at school such as: individual strengths and how to highlight them in front of the recruiter.
The exchange between speakers and students made the talk show more exciting with very real questions from TDTU students. The program has given students useful and practical knowledge about career opportunities in Human Resource Management.
