On December 27, 2023, and December 28, 2023, the Department of Human Resource Management organized three field trips for students majoring in Business Administration and Human Resource Management, as well as other interested students at TDTU, to visit the Yakult and FPT Telecom factories.
At the Yakult Vietnam factory, students had the opportunity to learn about the 5S workplace organization method and the renowned Jidoka concept from Japan. Through the experiences shared by Yakult company representatives, the students gained a deeper understanding of the importance of business vision and corporate culture in the business world.

At FPT Telecom, the students had the opportunity to witness firsthand the digital achievements of FPT Telecom. Moreover, the real human resource stories from the managers at FPT have inspired the students and provided them with much guidance for the future of the HR industry.

Although the trip was brief, it still provided many benefits to the students. The activity helped to bridge the gap between the business, educational activities, and learners.
