Responding to the Youth Month together with the Faculty of Business Administration with meaningful activities

In order to carry on the tradition of "Where there are youth, there are no difficulties," and to celebrate the 92nd anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2023), the Youth Union and Student Association of the Faculty of Business Administration created opportunities for members of the Youth Union, young people, association members, and students to participate in meaningful and active activities. These activities aim to enhance personal development, public work capacity, and political courage. Through these activities, participants meet social needs and contribute their youth's dedication to building a better and sustainable society. Meanwhile, these activities provided a platform for students to engage in exchanges and develop essential life skills.

1/ Meeting and having a dialogue with the Student Party Committee of the Social - Economic Division 1:

On March 23, 2023 at Hall 6B Ton Duc Thang University, typical union members of the Faculty of Business Administration had a meeting with the Party Committee, Party members of the Student Branch of the Social - Economic Division 1. Thereby, students had the opportunity to better understand the Party and meet the necessary and sufficient requirements to be honored to be in the ranks of the Party. In addition, the students were guided by the Party Secretary's ideas to correctly determine the orientation to establish sustainable goals for the future.

2/ Organizing street cleaning and charitable meal distribution in Tan Hung Ward, District 7:

Recently, about 40 soldiers of the Youth Union and Student Association of the Faculty of Business Administration participated in the activities "Green Route" and "Noble Meals" organized by the Faculty's Youth Union in collaboration with the Youth Union of Tan Hung Ward, District 7. Through the "Green Route" activity, they contributed to raising awareness among local residents about proper waste disposal, maintaining cleanliness, and avoiding littering, gradually building a civilized lifestyle and responsibility for the shared environment in society.

Additionally, the "Noble Meals" activity provided an opportunity for the Youth Union members and young people of the faculty to share their love by offering hot meals in exchange for the joy and smiles of homeless people and impoverished workers in District 7. The goal was to contribute a little compassion to empower them with more confidence in life and the community.

3/ Online activity: "Understanding the history and traditions of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union from March 26, 1931 to March 26, 2023":

In order to celebrate the 92nd anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2023), the Faculty of Business Administration organized an online activity with the theme "Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and a reflection on 92 years." This activity aimed to help the Youth Union members and young people preserve and promote the tradition of learning, which has been inherent in our ancestors for a long time. It also aimed to enhance patriotic education, revolutionary ideals, and the ideals of socialism for Vietnamese youth, contributing to building a larger and stronger Youth Union organization in the future.

The Faculty of Business Administration Union and Association would like to express deep gratitude to the organizing committee for creating meaningful activities and to the enthusiastic participation of students with a youthful spirit in contributing to the community and society.

4/ Red Address Visit: Historical Site of Sac Forest Battle Zone:

In order to respond to Youth Month and provide an opportunity for youth members to learn about Vietnam's historical sites, help them develop patriotism and national pride, on March 25, 2023, the Faculty of Business Administration Union organized a visit to the historical site of the Sac Forest Battle Zone for the Executive Committee of the Faculty's Youth Union, the Faculty's Communist Youth League Committee, and exemplary youth union officials. During the visit, the youth members gained more knowledge about the history of our nation's formation and further developed their love for the country, as well as admiration for the sacrifices made by their ancestors to protect the homeland.

5/ Youth Union Officials Training:

During this period, in order to enhance the skills in organizing activities and the work of the Youth Union, as well as to carry out the focal activities of March and implement the application of "Young People of Uncle Ho's City," the Faculty of Business Administration Union organized a training session for Youth Union officials on March 25, 2023 in classroom D0205. At the training session, the Faculty of Business Administration Union delivered contents to the Youth Union officials to enhance their working capacity and soft skills.

6/ Anti-Drug Propaganda Activities with Tan Hung Ward Youth Union:

To respond to the Youth Month movement with activities propagating positive messages, the Faculty of Business Administration, in collaboration with the Youth Union of Tan Hung Ward, implemented anti-drug propaganda activities involving nearly 50 residents of Tan Hung Ward at 3:00 PM on March 19, 2023, at the Tan Hung Ward People's Committee, District 7.

7/ Visiting Policy Beneficiary Families:

As part of the Youth Month volunteer campaign, the Faculty of Business Administration in coordination with the Youth Union of Tan Hung Ward, also conducted visits to policy beneficiary families. They visited five households facing difficulties, Vietnam Heroic Mothers and wounded soldiers and martyrs residing in the Tan Hung Ward, District 7 at 3:00 PM on March 22, 2023, and presented meaningful gifts to them.
