JOURNAL CLUB IN APRIL 2017 : The experiences of designing, preparing and developing teaching materials of F&B Management
In order to exchange academic knowledge among lecturers, the Faculty of Business Administration organized a Seminar of Journal Club at room B115, Tan Phong Ward, District 7 in April 10th, 2017. The topic is “The experiences of designing, preparing and developing teaching materials of F&B Management” presented by MBA. Dung Trinh Phuong – a lecturer of Hospitality Department.
MBA. Dung Trinh Phuong presented how to build up the outline of module and design teaching materials; the evaluation and students management methods, as well as encouraging students to learn actively. Especially, MBA. Dung Trinh Phuong focused on E-learning method and how to control self-study time of students at library.
The Seminar of Journal Club was very interesting and successful. Although the seminar just happened in a short time, it provided lecturers so much practice and deep knowledge.
