On 16th November 2022, Department of Human resources management organized the Workshop “TURN UP, TURN DOWN, TURN AROUND WITH HR” at 10F hall Ton Duc Thang University. The workshop has received significant interest from Ton Duc Thang university's students, especially Human Resources Management students.

The workshop followed a different format than previous workshops carried out by BAC HRM. The workshop’s focus was not the sharing from the speakers; the workshop was heated by an emotional act of the TDTU spectacle team and heartful sharing from the students right from the beginning of the workshop.
After hearing the students’ sharing, the speakers coached them at the workshop. With the speakers’ coaching, the students have learned a lot about how to solve business problems to enhance performance while maintaining employee satisfaction.
