The defense sessions took place in a formal, rigorous atmosphere adhering to strict academic evaluation standards. A key highlight of this term's committees was the active participation of external experts and examiners from prestigious higher education institutions, including FPT University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology (HUFLIT), and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH). Engaging with an external network of scholars not only ensures objectivity and transparency in quality assurance but also fosters deep academic exchange and collaboration.

In general, all 13 research topics—comprising 7 Graduation Projects and 6 Master's Theses—were highly commended by the committees for their contemporary relevance, robust data analysis, and strong practical applicability. In the Graduation Project track, students deep-dived into critical problems within their own organizations, featuring prominent topics such as digital transformation strategies, building High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS), and supply chain risk management. Meanwhile, the Master's Theses focused on analyzing consumer behavior in the digital era, investigating the effects of chatbot service recovery on customer satisfaction or Gen Z's shopping behavior on livestreaming platforms. Aligning with the latest technology trends demonstrated the candidates' independent research capabilities and sharp responsiveness to the constantly evolving market.
