On the morning of January 16, 2026, the FBA Mentoring Club under the Faculty of Business Administration organized a corporate office tour to FPT Telecom, offering students an opportunity to connect academic knowledge with real-world experience at one of Vietnam’s leading technology enterprises.
This activity was part of a series of experiential learning programs beyond the classroom, enabling students to gain exposure to a dynamic and professional working environment and to better understand the operational realities of a digital technology company.
The office tour was designed with practical and valuable content, including:

An overview introduction to FPT Telecom, helping students gain a clear understanding of the company’s scale of operations and organizational environment.

An introduction to and hands-on exploration of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and the group-wide digitalization systems of FPT Group.

On-site visits to various departments of the company and first-hand experiences with services such as FPT Play and Smart Home solutions.

Interactive exchanges with company representatives, sharing practical experiences, industry insights, and career orientation.
The visit not only provided students with practical knowledge but also offered deeper insights into the working environment of a digital technology enterprise. It also created opportunities for students to connect with industry professionals, discuss professional skills and career pathways, and better understand how classroom knowledge can be applied in real business settings after graduation.
