“DKSH People Stories” Seminar: Solutions for Stress Management and Enhancing Mental Well-Being at Work

On the morning of April 18, 2026, at Ton Duc Thang University, the BAC - Human Resource Management Club (Faculty of Business Administration) collaborated with DKSH Vietnam Co., Ltd. to successfully organize the seminar titled "Managing Stress & Enhancing Wellbeing at Work." The event aimed to provide practical perspectives on career pressure, helping students equip themselves with skills to maintain mental health and stay ready to adapt to the era of digital transformation.

Attending the program, from the corporate side, was Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Van - Senior Human Resources Director at DKSH Vietnam Co., Ltd. Representing the Faculty of Business Administration were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Minh Ly - Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, and MBA. Tran Thi My Phuong - Head of the Human Resource Management Department.

Throughout the program, students gained valuable knowledge on identifying the signs and causes of stress in a flexible working environment. By analyzing the close link between work performance and personal balance (Wellbeing), the expert guided students on how to build positive habits, manage emotions, and maintain energy. These are core skills that help the younger generation confidently face new challenges.
