Faculty of Business Administration enhances strategic partnership with Kem Nghia Company (Nghia Nippers Corporation)

On October 5, 2026, Ton Duc Thang University solemnly organized the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between the Faculty of Business Administration and Nghia Nippers Corporation. This event marks a significant milestone in expanding corporate connections, aiming to bridge the gap between academic theories and practical business management.

Attending the ceremony, representatives from Ton Duc Thang University and the Faculty of Business Administration included:

  • Dr. Phung Minh Tuan – Acting Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration;

  • Mr. Dang Thanh Le – Representative of the Center for Enterprise Cooperation and Startup, Ton Duc Thang University;

  • MSc. Tran Thi My Phuong – Head of the Management Department, along with faculty members.

Representatives from Kem Nghia Joint Stock Company included:

  • Ms. Nguyen Tuong Vi – General Director;

  • Ms. Dang Nguyen Kim Ngan – E-commerce & Showroom Channel Manager;

  • Ms. Nguyen Phuong Thuy – Brand Manager;

  • Ms. Truong Thi Kim Yen – B2B Channel Manager;

  • Ms. Le Ngoc Dai Trang – Communications Manager.

Under the framework of the agreement, Kem Nghia Company (Nghia Nippers Corporation) – a leading enterprise in manufacturing and distributing personal care tools in Vietnam and global markets – will collaborate with the Faculty across various practical initiatives. Both parties agreed to facilitate field trips, study tours, and potential internship opportunities for students. Furthermore, the partnership emphasizes promoting academic exchanges, executive sharing sessions, and joint efforts in developing modern human resource management and supply chain solutions.
