On November 30, 2024, the Faculty of Business Administration at Ton Duc Thang University successfully hosted the graduation thesis defense for 33 students from the 2021 intake (Cohort 25). These students represented various high-quality, English-taught, and standard programs, including Marketing, International Business, Business Administration – Human Resource Management specialization, and Business Administration – Hospitality Management specialization.
The thesis evaluation committee consisted of accomplished lecturers holding titles such as Associate Professor, Doctor, and Master, with extensive experience in teaching, practical applications, and scientific research.
Throughout the defense sessions, students showcased their research findings, responded to committee questions, and received valuable feedback and recommendations for improvement. The committee praised the topics presented for their academic rigor, practical relevance, and originality. Completing these theses required students to master essential skills such as data collection, analysis, and deep exploration of their chosen fields.
Several students excelled in scientific research during their studies and achieved notable milestones:
- Le Thi Tuyet Nhung (Marketing major) won the first prize in the University-level Student Scientific Research competition.
- Ho Thanh Mai (Business Administration – Human Resource Management specialization) secured second and third prizes in the University-level Student Scientific Research competition.
- Ho Thi Hoang Linh and Ong Quoc Gioi (International Business major), and Lieng Kim Lien (Marketing major), won second prizes in the University-level Student Scientific Research competition.
- Nguyen Do My Ngan (Business Administration – Human Resource Management specialization) earned a third prize in the University-level Student Scientific Research competition.
All award-winning students received recognition from the university, including additional points added to their thesis scores as per regulations.
This remarkable achievement reflects the students’ dedication and accumulated knowledge during their academic journey at Ton Duc Thang University, supported by the guidance and mentorship of the Faculty of Business Administration’s lecturers.
