TDTU Faculty of Business Administration Connects Students with Industry Experts and Enhances Career Readiness and Digital Skills for K30 Freshmen
On the morning of October 3, 2026, the Panel Discussion “Career Orientation” & “Digital Skills Development, organized by the Faculty of Business Administration - Ton Duc Thang University in collaboration with CellphoneS, successfully took place at Hall 6M. In an energetic and inspiring atmosphere, the program provided students with a comprehensive overview of the modern labor market, while equipping them with digital mindsets and tech-driven tools to optimize their learning capabilities and personal development.

Within the framework of Section 1 - The “Career Orientation” Panel Discussion, students gained in-depth and practical insights from leading industry experts:
- Mr. Vu Van Nho - Director at 3D Logistics;
- Mr. GheeHoe Cheng - Founder & Managing Partner at Venture Capital Firm, Founder & CEO at Medical Informatics Startup, and Semiconductor & Aerospace Engineer;
- Ms. Chau Hai Sang - International Business Manager at BioValley (and an alumna of the International Business program, K21);
- Ms. Jolie Diem - Head of Regional at ITL Freight Management, ITL Corporation.
From diverse perspectives across logistics, supply chain, international trade, venture capital, and high technology, the speakers helped students identify major shifts in the global labor market, analyze the gap between academic theory and real-world practice, and share the competencies and skills required in the era of digital technology and AI. The lively Q&A session that followed directly addressed students’ concerns regarding career orientation and the development pathway of a global workforce.

In Section 2 - “Digital Skills Development: Smart Memorization with Tech Devices”, conducted in partnership with CellphoneS. Kicking off with an inspiring talk by student Vo Tuan Đat on the "Spaced Repetition" method to conquer the "Forgetting Curve", the program led students into an intuitive and interactive technology - driven learning space.
Under the dedicated guidance of Mr. Nguyen Minh Thanh - Operations Department Lead at CellphoneS and Apple Professional Development Specialist, along with the Trainer team, students had hands-on practice with smart devices, getting familiar with Shortcuts and CollaNote to automate document summarization and generate study Flashcards/Quizzes within minutes. The atmosphere became more electric than ever with a hands-on digital challenge and Minigame, enabling students to immediately apply what they had just learned into their daily academic routines.

Far beyond an ordinary career orientation or knowledge-sharing session, the program truly served as a solid bridge connecting students with industry enterprises, fostering a proactive adaptive spirit, and equipping them with a modern digital mindset in the technological era.
