The workshop took place in an open, serious atmosphere and attracted the attention of a large number of students. During the program, speaker Nguyen Quoc Thuc brought practical insights into the career journey from the university campus to the workplace, emphasizing that a career is not a straight line, but rather a process of testing, adjusting, and maturing through each stage. From a practical corporate perspective, the speaker helped students better understand the developmental stages in a career, from the phase of accumulating expertise and forming personal discipline to the phase of expanding capabilities, taking on responsibilities, and creating an impact within an organization.

Speaker Nguyen Quoc Thuc shares about the importance of self-awareness in the career journey.

From a corporate perspective, speaker Le Thi My Trinh provided a more direct view of the relationship between a "career map" and a "career match." Through her sharing, it was emphasized to students that understanding oneself is necessary but not enough; it is more important to understand what the labor market needs, how businesses evaluate candidates, and how to properly demonstrate one's value. The speaker pointed out that a highly skilled candidate is not necessarily the chosen one, because businesses do not just look for the "best" person, but the "most suitable" one. From this, the workshop helped students realize the gap between personal desires and market requirements, while also guiding them on how to build capabilities, adjust expectations, and present themselves more clearly and persuasively in their journey of seeking career opportunities.

Through the sharing and discussion with the two speakers, the workshop not only provided practical perspectives on the labor market but also helped students better understand that a career path does not necessarily have to be perfect from the start, but rather needs to be appropriately adjusted over time. The program contributed to equipping learners with a proactive mindset, adaptability, perseverance, and a clearer awareness of their own value in today's highly volatile professional context. This is also a practical activity of the FBA Mentoring Club in accompanying students on their journey of self-discovery, future orientation, and enhancing their career readiness.

Exciting interaction moments between TDTU students and the two speakers.
