Startup Challenge 2026 Legacy Night: Igniting Entrepreneurial Passion and Fostering Innovative Mindsets

On May 08, 2026, the Startup Challenge 2026 Grand Finale took place explosively at Hall 6M, Ton Duc Thang University. The event served as both an intellectual arena and a journey for students to connect with business networks, realize sustainable business ideas, and create positive societal impacts.  

The program opened with a vibrant atmosphere, heated by special art performances that showcased the dynamic spirit of TDTU students. In the opening speech, Dr. Phung Minh Tuan – Representative of the Faculty Board, emphasized the importance of nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset in the digital era. To honor the invaluable contributions to education, the Organizing Committee presented commemorative gifts to sponsors and the Board of Judges, leading industry experts who have accompanied the competition throughout its journey.

The highlight of the finale was the persuasive presentations from the top 5 finalist teams. Each project brought a unique perspective but focused on solving practical issues. The teams confidently presented their startup projects with innovative solutions closely linked to business realities.

The STABILY team broke new ground with their solution: a tremor-stabilizing watch for people with Parkinson's disease.

The judging panel offered highly constructive feedback and questions regarding the participating teams' ideas.

he Board of Judges provided constructive feedback and challenging questions for each team's ideas. After a rigorous evaluation process, the final results were announced as follows:  

  • Champion: AQUALOG team
  • 1st Runner-up: THE BEAVERS team
  • 2nd Runner-up: STABILY team
  • Consolation Prize: AR - IQ and TRẺ NGƯỜI NONSTOP teams

Sharing insights on the quality of this year’s teams, a representative of the Board of Judges emphasized: "I am truly impressed by the deep research capabilities and the sense of community responsibility demonstrated by Faculty of Business Administration students through projects oriented toward a circular economy".  

The success of Startup Challenge 2026 is a clear testament to the Faculty's efforts in bridging the gap between theory and practice, while affirming TDTU’s commitment to training high-quality human resources ready to make positive impacts on the global economy. The Startup Challenge 2026 Grand Finale concluded successfully, promising to open up many entrepreneurial opportunities for students.
