Traditional Education Journey and Training Program for the Youth Union – Student Association Officers of the Faculty of Business Administration, Academic Year 2025–2026, in Khanh Hoa Province
In celebration of the 76th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnamese Youth Volunteer Force (July 15, 1950 – July 15, 2026) and the 79th Anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2026), and with the aim of promoting traditional values, fostering ideals, and enhancing the capacity of Youth Union – Student Association officers and key student leaders of the Faculty, the Faculty of Business Administration organized the "Traditional Education" Program in conjunction with the "Training Program for Youth Union – Student Association Members and Key Student Leaders of the Faculty of Business Administration for the Academic Year 2025–2026" in Khanh Hoa Province from July 17 to July 19, 2026.

As part of the program, the delegation paid tribute by offering incense at the President Ton Duc Thang Monument at Ton Duc Thang University – Khanh Hoa Campus, and visited the Gac Ma Soldiers Memorial Site to commemorate the heroic soldiers who sacrificed their lives in defense of the nation's sovereignty. These meaningful activities served as an opportunity to educate participants about Vietnam's revolutionary traditions, foster patriotic values, inspire national pride, and strengthen the sense of responsibility among the Faculty of Business Administration's Youth Union – Student Association officers and key student leaders in contributing to the country's development and protection.

In addition to the traditional education activities, the program also featured the Training Program and the Review Conference on the Youth Union – Student Association – Clubs/Teams/Groups' activities for the 2025–2026 academic year, held at Ton Duc Thang University – Khanh Hoa Campus. Through a series of training sessions on Youth Union and Student Association operations, event organization, teamwork, and student activity management, participants were equipped with essential knowledge and practical skills to better fulfill their responsibilities in the coming period. The program also provided an opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the Youth Union – Student Association – Clubs/Teams/Groups throughout the 2025–2026 academic year, recognize outstanding accomplishments, draw valuable lessons from practical experiences, and set strategic goals and directions for the new academic year, thereby contributing to the continued development of a strong and dynamic Youth Union – Student Association within the Faculty of Business Administration.

Following the training program, the Youth Union – Student Association officers and the Faculty's key student leaders participated in a series of beach team-building activities featuring various collaborative challenges. Through these activities, participants had the opportunity to strengthen their team spirit, coordination, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills. Each team demonstrated creativity, determination, and strong collaboration as they successfully completed the challenges, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere throughout the program. At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee presented awards to the outstanding teams, with Team "Đại bàng bất bại," the Second Prize to Team "Lướt sóng vươn xa," and the Third Prize to Team "Chiến thần tốc độ." Beyond fostering an exciting and dynamic environment, the team-building activities also strengthened camaraderie among participants, enhanced inter-unit connections, and inspired the Youth Union – Student Association officers to continue contributing enthusiastically to the Faculty of Business Administration's student movement.

The journey concluded with many memorable moments and meaningful experiences.
Through this journey, the Youth Union – Student Association officers and the Faculty's key student leaders not only gained essential knowledge and practical skills but also had the opportunity to reflect on the achievements and experiences of their activities throughout the 2025–2026 academic year. The program inspired participants to continue upholding the spirit of initiative, responsibility, and dedication in Youth Union and Student Association work, as well as in the Faculty of Business Administration's student movement. Furthermore, it strengthened solidarity among participants, contributed to the development of a capable, dynamic, and resilient team of student leaders, and prepared them to take on greater responsibilities in the coming academic year.
