As part of the "Logistics Arena" contest of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), in the afternoon of September 21, 2019, Faculty of Business Administration (TDTU) organized a Career Talk about "Trends in Global Supply Chain Management" at Hall A403 TDTU. This is one of the activities of the annual academic contest of Department of International Business, under the Faculty of Business Administration (TDTU).
Attending the career talk, we welcomed the participation of:
- Mr. Thomas Sim - Chairman of Advisory Body Vocational Training of FIATA;
- Mr. George Nguyen - Founder of Google Developer Group Vietnam;
- Mr. Tran Chi Dung - Advisory Board of FIATA program (VILAS);
- Representative of Faculty of Business Administration: MSc. Le Duc Nha - Assistant Dean, Dr. Pham Thi Ngan - Head of International Business department, lecturer of International Business;
- Along with the presence of International Business students.
Opening the event, Dr. Pham Thi Ngan, representative of the Faculty of Business Administration, appreciated the inviting speakers and business partners for their support to Ton Duc Thang University in sharing information and organizing a meaningful playground for students. At the same time, she encouraged students to contribute and try their best to create a significant competition and bring about memorable experience and future success.
With the thoughtful sharing from guest speakers, International Business students will have a comprehensive picture of logistics and supply chain management in Vietnam: opportunities and challenges, the most up-to-date global trends of he industry and especially the rising E-commerce segment in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
At the end of the event, Q&A session was very lively with lots of interactions between speakers and students and the Inauguration of Logistics Arena 2019 Contest at Ton Duc Thang University.
