On 14th January 2018, Round 3 of the Contest “Logistics Arena” organized by International Business Club, Faculty of Business Administration, Ton Duc Thang University marked a great success in which 04 most talented and excellent students were absolutely persuasively selected to compete in the Final Gala Round.
Significantly contributing to the success of last Round 3 was the conscientious and impartial assessment of the Board of Examiners including the participation of:
- Mr. Nguyen Huynh Phuong Nam: Customer Logistics Manager - FrieslandCampina Vietnam
- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoang Tung: Nationwide Distribution Operations Manager - Amway Vietnam
- Dr. Pham Thi Ngan – Head of Department of International Business, Faculty of Business Administration, Ton Duc Thang University.
In this Round, each Participating Team was required to present and defend their points against various counter-arguments as well as to challenge the correctness and persuasiveness of others’ regarding 07 diverse topics widely ranging from logistical solutions to food or textiles and garment industries to managing relevant risks in the field of global transportation and distribution networks.
“Creative and Diverse”, those were the comments given by the Board of Examiners of this Round on the excellent and outstanding performance of Participating Teams. Beside, the Board encouraged contestants to keep continuously practicing presentation and language skills and apply educated knowledge to their proposed solutions.
