On July 18th, 2023, Faculty of Business Administration - Ton Duc Thang University and Jaxtina Education Joint Stock Company organized a Signing Ceremony for their MOU agreement in Meeting Room B, Ton Duc Thang University.
The event was attended by representatives from Jaxtina Company, including:

- Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuyen – Academic Leader
- Ms. Tang Thao Chi – Branch Manager
Representatives from Faculty of Business Administration, including:
- PhD. Phung Minh Tuan, Associate Dean, Faculty of Business Administration
- MSc. Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh, Assistant to the Dean, Faculty of Business Administration
- MBA. Nguyen Thi Hong, Head of Marketing Department
The MOU signing ceremony between the Faculty of Business Administration - Ton Duc Thang University and Jaxtina Education Joint Stock Company took place in a solemn atmosphere.
During her speech, Ms. Dang Thu Tra introduced the company, which employs 300 staffs and operates 13 branches. Jaxtina Education Joint Stock Company is currently a partner of many major universities and businesses in Vietnam, such as Hanoi University of Science & Technology, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, VietinBank, etc. Furthermore, when speaking about her impressions of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), she expressed her admiration for TDTU - a public university in Vietnam, with high-quality education and a high ranking among the world's prestigious universities. She also noted that TDTU students are extremely dynamic, creative, and well mannered. The company has hired many TDTU alumni and highly evaluated their capabilities and attitudes. She also welcomes all students who wish to become future members of Jaxtina Education Joint Stock Company.
Dr. Phung Minh Tuan expressed his expectation for the potential of the cooperation between the two sides, based on the existing strengths as well as the development orientation of the Business Administration Faculty towards the pressing needs of the labor market of Jaxtina. In addition, he also mentioned the necessity of applying English in academic research to better prepare TDTU students to achieve their scientific research goals, which is the orientation of the Business Administration Faculty in particular and TDTU in general. Through this, he emphasized the usefulness and importance of the cooperation program between the two parties.
