On the morning of November 2, 2025, at Hall 6M, FBA Mentoring Season 3 officially kicked off with its first talkshow titled “Self-Positioning – Career Orientation.” The ceremony not only marked the beginning of a new mentoring journey but also provided students with meaningful insights into self-understanding and future career orientation.
Representing the Faculty of Business Administration, the event welcomed Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hồng Hạnh, M.A. – Assistant to the Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, and Mr. Võ Thế Sinh, M.A. – Head of Corporate Relations, Faculty of Business Administration, who also serves as the overall supervisor of the FBA Mentoring Project. From the sponsor side, the event was honored by the presence of Ms. Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Phường – Director of Hoi Viet Anh Co., Ltd. The ceremony also gathered mentor–mentee pairs and a large number of interested students.
The opening ceremony took place in a lively and inspiring atmosphere. The Organizing Committee introduced an overview of FBA Mentoring Season 3, shared the program’s orientation, and highlighted this year’s goals of strengthening the mentor–mentee connection.

After nearly a month of launching and selection, the Organizing Committee successfully connected the mentor–mentee pairs for FBA Mentoring Season 3, promising to foster sustainable mentoring relationships that bring learning and development value to students.

The highlight of the event was the Talkshow featuring guest speaker Ms. Nguyễn Phương Thanh – Manager, CreditTech Product at MoMo E-wallet, who has many years of experience in financial technology and digital product development.
With her remarkable career journey, Ms. Thanh shared valuable experiences on personal development, career orientation, and adaptability skills in a dynamic working environment.
Through her sharing, students had the opportunity to better understand how to identify strengths and weaknesses, build a professional mindset, and actively seek opportunities for self-growth.
The atmosphere became more engaging during the Q&A session, where students interacted directly with the speaker and learned from her practical insights.
The event concluded in an inspiring and emotional atmosphere. FBA Mentoring Season 3 officially begins, promising to bring meaningful values and impactful experiences to students on their learning and development journey.
