Round 2 - Hospitality Spirit Competition 2017: STEP UP

At 8:00 am on October 31st, 2017, the first part of the second round of the 2017 Hospitality Spirit Competition: Food & Beverage (F&B), took place at Hall B of Ton Duc Thang University with the participation of the 9 best teams in the first round.

This part is divided into 2 stages. Stage 1 is to set up of a self-selected buffet table. The theme was selected diversified, the unique style of decoration had made the organizers extremely surprised about the preparation and scrupulous of those teams who competed.

Stage 2 of this part is the process of serving the A la carter table. Once again, the brightest contestants made the judges impressed and amazed by the professional, thoughtful service and enthusiastic attitude even though these teams had a short training session.

With all the knowledge had already trained and the comments from the judges had helped those teams to understand more about the advantages, as well as the shortcomings to note. This would certainly be the valuable experiences for them to the rest of the competition.
