Seminar “Career Orientation 2025”: A solid bridge between students and the labor market

On the morning of October 4, 2025, at Hall 6M, the Faculty of Business Administration hosted the "Career Orientation" workshop for students majoring in International Business and Supply Chain Management. The event attracted more than 130 students and 03 speakers from multinational corporations, creating a vibrant and valuable learning atmosphere.

The program provided practical, multi-dimensional perspectives on the current labor market through insightful sharing from experienced guest speakers:

With extensive experience in the logistics industry, MBA. Pham Anh Tuan (Air Freight Sales Manager, OPL Logistics Corporation) demystified the opportunities and challenges in the supply chain field, emphasizing the essential hard and soft skills required for success. MBA. Nguyen Huynh Minh Tam (Head of Operations Management, Adm-Indicia Int) shared on the importance of an operational mindset, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a dynamic international work environment.

Mr. Pham Anh Tuan shared about the differences among logistics career fields.

MBA. Ngo Thien Thao (Head of Human Resources and Quality Manager, Virtium LLC) offered a comprehensive overview of the recruitment process, the criteria employers look for in Gen Z candidates, and the importance of building a personal brand from the freshman year. MBA. Tran Phuong Nga (Lecturer, Department of Human Resource Management) systematized knowledge, helping students connect classroom theories with real-world business requirements, while providing useful advice on CV preparation and interview techniques.

Throughout the event, students demonstrated a strong desire to learn, actively posing many insightful questions to the speakers. The Q&A session was particularly lively, reflecting the students' genuine interest and concerns about their future career paths. This enthusiastic response is the clearest testament to the success and practical significance of the program.

The "Career Orientation 2025" workshop concluded successfully, not only imparting knowledge but also inspiring and motivating students to be more proactive in planning their futures.
