Aiming to provide a deeper understanding of this, on December 13, 2025, the Faculty of Business Administration - Ton Duc Thang University, together with companion partners, successfully organized the Seminar “Demystifying Customer Centricity” delivering practical knowledge from leading experts in the field.

With the participation of Prof. Lam Kim Son - a leading expert in Sales & Marketing and Marketing Professor from the University of Georgia (USA), alongside numerous friendly enterprises, lecturers, and students of the Faculty of Business Administration, the seminar created a meaningful forum for connection and knowledge exchange, featuring valuable insights from the speaker.

Throughout the program, Prof. Lam Kim Son presented content revolving around Customer Centricity strategies in modern enterprises - where customer connection, empathy, and loyalty are considered the foundation of every business decision. The Professor also analyzed advanced sales management models in the AI era and provided orientation on optimizing technology in business operations.

The program concluded following lively discussions among the participating enterprises, lecturers, students, and the speaker.
