Seminar “How to be a soldier in workplace - The professional conduct required in modern business”

On October 28, 2025, at Hall A0403, the International Business Department, Faculty of Business Administration (TDTU), in collaboration with ITL Corporation, successfully organized the seminar “How to be a Soldier in Workplace – The Professional Conduct Required in Business”.

The event attracted a large number of students from the Faculty, along with guest speakers who are seasoned experts in the industry.

The workshop attracted the participation of many students of the Faculty and guest speakers who are experienced experts in the industry. Students have the opportunity to learn more from seniors with more than 10 years of experience in the Logistics field, sharing about their efforts, as well as describing the actual job positions at the company that they can apply for.

Guests from the company who attended and shared at the program include:

  • Nguyen Quoc Thuc - Vice President of Human Resources & Deputy General Director, ITL Corporation.
  • Pham Thi Minh Tam - Head of Sales & Business Development, ITL Freight Management.
  • Duong Thi Khanh Linh - Key Account Executive, Management Trainee 2022, ITL Freight Management.

Ms. Pham Thi Minh Tam - Head of Business & Development, ITL Freight Management shared about her 15-year career in the Commercial sector at many multinational corporations, as well as giving students interesting perspectives on the Commercial - Sales industry at large Logistics companies, helping them have a different perspective on the Sales industry in the freight forwarding sector. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thuc - Deputy General Director and Vice President of Human Resources, ITL Corporation also gave students information about the Management Trainee program of ITL Corporation, an opportunity to help students develop their potential and learn a lot of knowledge in a short time.
