On the morning of December 4, 2025, students of the Faculty of Business Administration, Human Resource Management major, had an incredibly rewarding industrial visit to the Yakult Vietnam Factory (No. 5, Tu Do Boulevard, Vietnam – Singapore Industrial Park, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong).
At the Yakult Vietnam Factory, students were guided by the organizing team, providing them with the opportunity to gain a clearer understanding of the product and the history, achievements of Yakult fermented milk drink through an engaging 3D video. This helped students deeply grasp the business philosophy and the importance of the exclusive Lactobacillus casei Shirota strain.
Furthermore, through the production line tour, students witnessed the closed, modern, and international standard, stringent manufacturing process—from the cultivation and management of bacterial strains, raw material preparation, to bottling, expiration date printing, and finished product sorting. This tour provided a practical perspective on the application of biotechnology and quality management procedures in the food industry.
The field trip at Yakult Vietnam Factory offered a critical opportunity for first-year students to experience a multinational corporate environment. It serves as an effective stepping stone to help students quickly enhance integration skills, build connections, and gain clear career orientation, establishing a solid foundation for sustainable career development.
