On the morning of December 4, 2025, students from the Faculty of Business Administration, Human Resource Management major, had a highly enriching industrial visit to Thien Long Group Corporation.
During the program, students toured the Thien Long pen manufacturing plant under the guidance of company experts. This was a valuable opportunity for students to directly observe the dynamic and modern working environment, as well as to gain a better understanding of how employees in various departments interact within a corporate group.
Furthermore, the program placed special emphasis on the content of "What is Human Resource Management (HRM)?" through dedicated thematic sharing sessions. Students were introduced in detail to the pivotal role of HR in the enterprise—from ensuring effective business operations to building and developing the workforce. At the same time, students gained exposure to some of the core and fundamental tasks of the HR profession, such as the recruitment process (sourcing and selecting candidates), timekeeping management, and developing basic welfare programs for employees. This field trip provided a practical perspective, helping students early in their studies to visualize their future career positions.
The visit to Thien Long Group Corporation was not merely a tour; it was a practical training strategy designed to help first-year students 'touch' the international standard working environment early on. This is an essential first step for students to cultivate integration skills, expand their professional network, and correctly define their career path from an early stage.
