On the morning of December 2, 2025, the Faculty of Business Administration, Human Resource Management major, successfully organized a field trip for students at Avery Dennison RBIS Vietnam Co., Ltd (Lot E.01, Trung Tam Road, Long Hau Industrial Park, Can Giuoc, Long An).
Avery Dennison RBIS Vietnam Co., Ltd (https://www.averydennison.com/en/home.html) is a subsidiary of the global materials science corporation Avery Dennison (USA), specializing in providing labelling solutions, tags, and intelligent brand identification (RFID) for the apparel and retail sectors. Accompanying the students, Ms. Minh Minh Tran, APAC Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager, provided in-depth guidance and practical lessons on the business model, application of modern technology, and innovation in the manufacturing industry and HR professions, respectively.
A practical discovery at Avery Dennison
The program started with engaging warm-up games and a general introduction to Avery Dennison, offering an overview of the company's facilities, business operations, and professional working culture.
The core activity was the Plant tour, where students were fully equipped with protective gear and guided by specialists to witness the high-quality label production process firsthand. Moreover, students explored the product showroom featuring the corporation's products integrated with RFID technology with its global partners. This was a rare opportunity to gain deeper insights into digitalization in the modern retail supply chain.
The program concluded with a deep-dive Q&A session on the HR industry and the introduction of the company's ongoing Management Trainee - GOLD Program. HR specialists offered invaluable practical advice on career development pathways, essential skills, and the opportunities to become a potential young leader.
