On the afternoon of October 25, 2025, at Hall 6B of Ton Duc Thang University, the Faculty of Business Administration and BAC - Human Resource Management Club successfully organized the talkshow “GENConnect: Multigenerational Connection in Human Resource Management”, receiving enthusiastic participation from a large number of students.
The event aims to provide students with a comprehensive and in-depth perspective on the art of managing multigenerational human resources. Through insightful and practical sharing from Ms. Le Thi Thuy Tien – Human Resources Director of Saigon King Land Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, students gained a deeper understanding of the psychology, working styles, and strengths of different generations in the workforce. This knowledge enables them to apply generational diversity effectively in HR management, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of organizations.
The talkshow did not just offer a comprehensive view on cross-generational values, but also affirmed a philosophy of the contemporary management: “Differences are not barriers, but strengths.” Students were exposed to effective multigenerational management strategies, including the Reverse mentoring and Cross-learning - methods for human resources optimization, workplace cohesion, and learning opportunities.
Furthermore, the practical action toolkits introduced during the event helped students shift their perspective from generational gaps to culture integration founded on three sustainable pillars as Value – Belief – Connection. This is the key of a harmonious, innovative, and sustainably healthy working environment.
