The 2026 Returning to the Roots Activity and Youth Union – Student Association Officer Training Program of the Faculty of Business Administration

In celebration of the 76th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of Vietnamese Students and the Establishment of the Vietnam Student Association (January 9, 1950 - January 9, 2026), and with the aim of enhancing awareness among Youth Union and Student Association officers of the significance and values of this traditional day, the Faculty of Business Administration organized a “Returning to the Roots” activity combined with a Youth Union and Student Association officer training program on January 10 and 11, 2026, in Vung Tau Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Within the framework of the program, Youth Union and Student Association officers of the Faculty of Business Administration participated in a visit to the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Museum to explore the locality’s distinctive historical and cultural values through its system of documents and artifacts on display. This activity not only provided an opportunity to revisit the nation’s glorious historical milestones but also contributed to fostering ideals, inspiring pride, strengthening a sense of responsibility, and nurturing the awareness of preserving and inheriting traditions among today’s student officers.

Through the combination of the “Returning to the Roots” activity and the training program, participants were given the opportunity to reflect on the role and mission of the Youth Union and Student Association in preserving and spreading the noble traditional values of the Vietnamese student movement. As a result, each officer gained a deeper understanding of the significance of the Traditional Day, enhanced their awareness of individual responsibility in Youth Union and Student Association work, and contributed to the continued strengthening of the Faculty of Business Administration.

The 2026 “Returning to the Roots” activity and Youth Union and Student Association officer training program of the Faculty of Business Administration was not only an occasion to honor the past, but also a journey connecting tradition with the present, inspiring and motivating the officer team to continue promoting the spirit of initiative, responsibility, and dedication in future student movement activities of the Faculty.
