On the afternoon of December 13, 2025, the Semi-final round of The Amazing HR Land 2025 – Season 8, organized by the Faculty of Business Administration, Human Resource Management Department, took place at Ton Duc Thang University in an exciting atmosphere among all students interested in the field of Human Resource Management.
Leading up to the Semi-finals, the students had the opportunity to participate in a practical field trip at FPT Telecom, the competition's companion partner, and were challenged to solve real-world human resource management situations.
Leveraging this opportunity, the contestants demonstrated clear analytical thinking, coherent argumentation, and confident presentation skills in addressing each challenge. Their ability to apply academic knowledge to practical HR scenarios showcased the professional competence of all 24 students – potential young leaders in the near future.
The competition is accompanied by the valuable guidance provided by the experienced Judges and dedicated Mentors:

- Mr. Tran Vu Thanh - Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer, Better You;
- Mr. Dinh Tien Thinh - Head of Training and Development Department, HR Division, FPT Telecom, FPT Corporation;
- Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nhat - HR Manager & HRBP Expert at Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ);
- Ms. Tran Lam Thao - Founder & CEO & Director at TiTBrain Education;
- Ms. Vo Le Thao Dung - Senior Talent Acquisition at Sendo Technology Joint Stock Company;
- Ms. Ngo Thi Kim Yen - Senior Director, HR Business Partner at Sun Life.
Their candid insights and practical perspectives played a key role in helping participants refine their ideas, while enhancing their understanding and professional approach. This also served as an important source of motivation, enabling students to confidently express their viewpoints and approach the multi-dimensional field of Human Resource Management.
