On August 21, 2021, nearly 300 students of Faculty of Business Administration - Ton Duc Thang University attended the webinar "Conquering Employers - Breakthrough in a New State". This event was organized by the Faculty of Business Administration in collaboration with FPT Telecom Joint Stock Company. Speaker of the webinar:
- Ms. Vo Thi Kim Hong, Head of Human Resources Recruitment and Development, Human Resources Department, FPT Telecom Joint Stock Company – FPT Telecom ;
- Ms. Dinh Ngoc Huong, Lecturer in Internal Affairs, Training Center, FPT Telecom Joint Stock Company – FPT Telecom;
- Mr. Nguyen Hoang Chu Du, Vice Director of Southern Distribution Business Center, FPT Telecom Joint Stock Company – FPT Telecom.
The topic of the webinar revolved around essential information about the skills needed to conquer future employers, especially in the "new normal". Ms. Dinh Ngoc Huong shares the crucial knowledge as well as skills that students need to equip if they want to conquer employers, which have helped students actively prepare themselves before entering the labor market. Simultaneously, Ms. Vo Thi Kim Hong and Mr. Nguyen Hoang Chu Du, the senior managers of FPT Telecom, have shown us the trend of modern human resource management, practical Human resource management in the current COVID pandemic and the importance of digitization and application of AI in human resource management.
The webinar was extremely exciting when the speakers and students interacted with each other. Through the webinar, the students will build a plan to improve skills, knowledge and English to develop themselves and increase competitiveness in the international labor market, seize job opportunities at domestic and foreign companies.
