On July 25, 2020, the Faculty of Business Administration - Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) organized a workshop for students with the theme: "Human resource trends in Industrial Revolution period 4.0 - Gen Z". Thereby, the workshop aims to build a bridge between enterprises and students on the needs of human resources in the period of Industrial Revolution 4.0 (the digital transformation movement). Accordingly, the current labor and employment market has profound changes, creating opportunities and challenges for businesses and the Z generation (gen Z) with different behaviors and perceptions.
Joining the workshop, TDTU has Assoc.Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Minh Ly - Dean of Business Administration Department; TS Phung Minh Tuan - Head of Marketing Department; TS Pham Thi Ngan - Head of Department of International Business; Ms. Huynh Thi Cam Linh - HTDV & CSV Center with lecturers and students of Business Administration Department. From the Industry, TDTU was honored to have the speakers, representatives of more than 14 partner businesses of TDTU: MONDELÈZ Kinh Do, SMEI Vietnam, VILAS, Nam A Bank, Manpower Group Vietnam, Cong market research company GFK, Thien Phuoc Land.
