On November 23, 2025, the Workshop “Project Management: Insights for Starters” organized by the Department of International Business, Faculty of Business Administration, Ton Duc Thang University took place in a vibrant and exciting atmosphere. The program provided students with the opportunity to access modern management consulting, suitable for the context of digital transformation and the strong development of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
During the program, students listened to a valuable sharing from Mr. Dang Minh Quan - Senior Channel Activation and Design Director, Unilever Vietnam, with extensive experience in the commercial market and next strategy. He conveyed the development process from a student to launching 5 Management Trainee programs of large corporations and becoming a Senior Manager at Unilever. Through practical stories, he systematized project management steps such as defining goals, designing structures, analyzing work and working effectively in diverse environments, while sharing his perspective on consumer behavior. The content is presented concisely, easy to understand and rich in application, helping students to be more confident in their career orientation.

Following the presentation, the atmosphere became even more vibrant during the interactive discussion session. Students actively asked questions, shared their viewpoints, and learned how to apply project management tools, AI, and English skills to their personal planning. This provided an opportunity for them to better understand their own development pathways and the skills required to thrive in a competitive job market.

The participating students took very complete notes of the presentation and asked many questions to the speaker.
The knowledge and experience from the workshop are expected to help students become more confident in setting goals, improving their capacity and expanding their future career opportunities.
