General Introduction
The Economics, Business and Management Research Group (EBMR), under the Faculty of Business Administration, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), was established on April 11, 2025, according to Decision No. 1164/QD-TDT. Its areas of expertise include the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), innovation, human resource management, corporate governance, and sustainable development.

- To become an interdisciplinary research group focusing on innovation, sustainable development, and business efficiency.
- To contribute to the development of policies and practical solutions for SMEs in the context of integration and digital transformation.

Objectives
- To publish 10 WoS/Scopus articles annually (including 1 article ranked 5th or higher according to TDTU ranking).
- Within 5 years: to train at least 20 Master's students; complete 1 national or international research project; complete 2 international book chapters (listed in Scopus);
- Complete 1 national-level science and technology project or 2 ministerial/provincial-level science and technology projects.
