Our Bachelor of Business Administration (Tourism and Hospitality Management)’s internationally-recognized curriculum assists students to be more confident and adaptable in today's dynamic and integrated working environment. Students are professionally practiced in our hotel stimulation with modern facilities on our campus as well as at the large hotels in the famous tourist cities. Students are equipped with knowledge, along with primary and specialized abilities in practice, case management and decision-making process, management techniques and professional skills in business to meet the growing and increasingly demanding of employers.

3. LEARNING OUTCOMES

Our Bachelor of Business Administration (Tourism and Hospitality Management) graduates possess the following knowledge and skills: 

Computer skills: International MOS Certificate (750 points); Proficient in applied computing in the workplace;

Foreign language skills: IELTS 5.0 (other international equivalent certificates)

Soft skills: Empathy and emotional intelligence; teamwork; stress and time management; problem-solving; strategy and innovation; Negotiation skills.

• Professional knowledge and skills:

o Understand the trends, developments, and needs of the hospitality industry in Vietnam many other countries; 

o Build a strong knowledge and proficiency in customer service procedures;

o Develop procedures for each department;

o Acquire the essential knowledge in marketing management activities, revenue management, human resource management, and other business establishments;

o Acquire the levels of proficiency related to the use of equipment and software in the hospitality industry, for example, Opera (PMS), Micros (POS);

o Manage day-to-day operations of hotels, restaurants and amusement parks;

o Analyze and evaluating skills in hotels, restaurants and amusement parks;

o Analyze and predict the trends of different groups of customers;

o Ability to identify and solve problems immediately in the field of economics in general and hospitality industry in particular;
