On November 4, 2019, 90 students of two high-quality classes from Human Resource Management (HRM) major had a field trip at Yakult Vietnam Factory.
Representatives from the Faculty of Business Administration, HRM major:
- MBA. Dang Diem Phuong
- MBA. Huynh Thao Trang
The students had a meaningful and fruitful visit. The field trip includes some activities: visiting the Yakult probiotic fermented milk drink production process; Q&A session about organizational structure, roles and functions of HR department and HRM activities at the factory.
The field trip helped students clearly determinate of future career goals and build up the passion for their major.
