On December 16, 2022, strongly promoting and strengthening cooperation activities with international partners, the Faculty of Business Administration cooperated with the International Cooperation, Research and Training Institute (INCFRETI) to organize an experience of coffee making for international students from Singapore, New Zealand and Australia.
Vietnamese coffee culture has become such a dear and friendly concept to the people in Vietnam. A culture, which does not need anyone's recognition, but is cherished and respected by everyone. More specifically, when coffee is not only a drink, it also gives people a natural and friendly way to start a conversation. The saying "Go for a coffee!" is an opening word for any business conversation in Vietnam.
Therefore, the Faculty of Business Administration, Hospitality department is honored to bring international friends to learn more about Vietnamese coffee culture through a practical experience of the coffee making class.
The course is divided into two parts, theory and practice. In the theory part, the international students are provided with information about the origin, classification, and preservation of coffee beans along with different uses in daily life. Not only learning the useful knowledge above, but international students also make their own delicious cups of coffee with unique Vietnamese flavors.
