For the purpose of exchanging research activities among faculty members, the Faculty of Business Administration held a Seminar Journal Club at Room B108, Tan Phong campus on June 26th, 2017. The topic of the Journal Club activity is an article "An Integrative Framework to Understand How CSR Affects Customer Loyalty Through Identification, Emotions, and Satisfaction" with MBA. Trung Nguyen Duc, a lecturer in the Department of Management and attended by a large number of officers and lecturers from the Faculty of Business Administration.

MBA. Trung Nguyen Duc chose and shared the research that reflects the relationship between "CSR image" with customer satisfaction and loyalty. Nowadays, CSR is very interested in the business because of its importance to customer emotions for businesses and products or services.
