In the afternoon of November 14, 2022, the Faculty of Business Administration held an online November Journal Club meeting with the participation of the Faculty's members and lecturers. In this activity, Mr. Dinh Kim Nghia presented a research paper titled "Obstruction of colleagues, a problem in the workplace"
In the context of economic changes, the issue of oppression of colleagues emerged and became a hotly discussed topic on many forums. This has many bad consequences. It makes the working environment an obsession for employees. Therefore, the quality of work as well as the relationship with colleagues also become more negative.
To solve the above situation, MSc Dinh Kim Nghia proposed theories about creating safety in the workplace. After analyzing the research model, MSc Dinh Kim Nghia concluded that the selection, training, and retention of managers capable of connecting employees in the organization and putting employee engagement activities in place, are about to come. Aligning rewards with positive workplace behaviors will help reduce the likelihood of oppressive behaviors in the workplace.
After finishing the presentation, the lecturers of the Faculty of Business Administration spent time discussing the issues surrounding the topic.
