Following this, Dr. Tran Thi Van Trang introduced the research titled “Active vs. Passive Hate! How Experience and Social Influence Affect Brand Hate”. Grounded in the S-O-R (Stimulus–Organism–Response) framework, the study investigates the impact of negative experiences and social influence on brand hate within the food and beverage industry. Furthermore, it proposes significant managerial implications designed to safeguard corporate reputation and consolidate consumer trust.

Through professional presentations and scholarly discourse, the program offered valuable academic perspectives on corporate governance, digital transformation, and consumer behavior. Building upon the shared insights, the seminar contributed to proliferating a robust research culture, strengthening academic networks, and reaffirming the Faculty of Business Administration's commitment to advancing research activities that conform to international standards.

Concluding the event, the presented research topics and multi-dimensional academic dialogues yielded highly valuable insights. The program not only contributed to disseminating research culture and knowledge sharing among the faculty members but also cultivated an open academic environment, propelling scientific research, innovation, and professional networking within the Faculty of Business Administration.
