On July 24, 2024, the Faculty of Business Administration at Ton Duc Thang University organized a webinar themed "Personal Branding - The Stepping Stone to Success," as part of Module 3: "Hoàn thiện" of The Mentoring “Sóng” 2024 Project. The aim was to provide students with knowledge about building and affirming personal branding, a necessary skill to enhance their competitiveness in the labor market.
The webinar featured Dr. Dao Le Hoa An as the keynote speaker. Dr. Hoa An is known as an experienced psychological consultant for many large enterprises and a prominent figure in the fields of education, career orientation, and entrepreneurship. The event also saw active participation from the mentees of the project and a large number of students from Ton Duc Thang University.
During the webinar, Dr. Dao Le Hoa An shared, "Beauty attracts attention, but personality captures the heart." This message emphasized that personal branding is not just about outward appearance but also about core values and personality. Additionally, the students received valuable insights on building personal branding, from identifying personal values to effectively showcasing them on social media platforms.
