Outstanding Results of Student Scientific Research Activities Faculty of Business Administration – Academic Year 2024–2025
During the 2024–2025 academic year, the student scientific research movement of the Faculty of Business Administration continued to be systematically implemented and actively promoted, achieving notable outcomes. A total of 15 research projects were successfully evaluated and accepted at the university level, including 2 First Prizes, 3 Second Prizes, 5 Third Prizes, and 5 Consolation Prizes. The research topics focused on key issues in the fields of management, business, human resources, organizational behavior, and corporate performance, clearly demonstrating students’ ability to apply professional knowledge to analyze and address practical problems.
In order to recognize and commend students’ serious academic efforts, creative research spirit, and aspiration to pursue knowledge, based on the evaluation results of the Acceptance Committee, the Faculty of Business Administration respectfully acknowledges and rewards the research projects that achieved outstanding results, as follows:
The First Prize (1st) was awarded to the student group: Le Mai Vi, Nguyen Trang Gia Thai, Cao Dieu, and Supervisors: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Minh Ly and Dr. Tran Cong Duc, with the research topic: “The role of corporate social responsibility and green consumption in consumer satisfaction and loyalty in Vietnam.”

The First Prize (2nd) was awarded to the student group: Le Nguyen Bao Han, Nguyen Manh Truong, Hoang Tran Tu My, and Supervisors: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Minh Ly and MSc. Tran Thi Van Trang, with the research topic: “The role of influencers in using vulnerable individuals to promote prosocial behaviors.”

The Second Prize was awarded to the student group: Nguyen Thi My Duyen, Le Hoang Uyen, Truong Thanh Ha, and Supervisor: MSc. Tran Thi Van Trang, with the research topic: “Differences among types of social media influencers in their effects on brand attitude, word-of-mouth intention, and purchase intention.”

The Second Prize was awarded to the student group: Bach Ky Duyen, Nguyen Thi Thanh Ngan, Nguyen Thi Hong Tham, and Supervisors: Dr. Nguyen Quoc Loc and MSc. Vu Nguyen Tram Anh, with the research topic: “The impact of top management commitment on Green Human Resource Management, thereby creating sustainable performance: an empirical study in the Vietnam hospitality industry.”

The Second Prize was awarded to the student group: Ngo Thi Thanh Phuong, Huynh Thi My Duyen, Tran Thi To Uyen, and Supervisor: Dr. Tran Cong Duc, with the research topic: “Corporate social responsibility and employee attitudes and behaviors: A case study in Vietnam.”

The Third Prize was awarded to the student group: Vo Chan Hai Dong, Nguyen Huynh Khanh Vy, Nguyen Huy Hoang, and Supervisor: Dr. Nguyen Quoc Loc, with the research topic: “The impact of Common Good HRM on employee performance: The role of perceived organizational support, organizational citizenship behavior toward the individual, and employee engagement.”

The Third Prize was awarded to the student group: Dam Thao Vy, Bui Minh Quang, and Supervisors: MSc. Tran Thi Thu Hang and PhD candidate Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh, with the research topic: “The impact of Common Good HRM on employee performance: The role of perceived organizational support, organizational citizenship behavior toward the individual, and employee engagement.”

The Third Prize was awarded to the student group: Nguyen Huynh Duc, Tran Hai An, Nguyen Minh Thu, and Supervisors: Dr. Phung Minh Tuan and MSc. Do Thi Hanh Trinh, with the research topic: “Analyzing the mediating role of consumer psychology and green brand image in the relationship between ECSR and Gen Z’s intention to purchase green fashion products in Ho Chi Minh City.”

The Third Prize was awarded to the student group: Huynh Thanh Truc, Nguyen Thi Thu Thao, Huynh Thanh Thao, and Supervisors: Dr. Le Thi Nguyen and MSc. Nguyen Tran Anh Tho, with the research topic: “How do AI skills and learning attitudes affect university students’ academic performance? Examining the moderating roles of lecturers and students’ self-directed learning ability.”

The Third Prize was awarded to the student group: Nguyen Pham Linh Kha, Tran Ngoc Song Ngan, Nguyen Thi Hien, and Supervisor: Dr. Pham Thi Ngan, with the research topic: “Assessing the impacts of ESG standards on firm performance with the mediating roles of innovation performance and corporate reputation: A study of Vietnamese agricultural export enterprises.”
