On April 9, 2022, Department of Marketing, Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) successfully organized the Seminar on “Research experience and publication in the Marketing field”. The seminar was honored to have the participation of Professor Son K. Lam from the University of Georgia, USA and the lecturers from FBA.
In the beginning, Mr. Phung Minh Tuan, PhD. – Head of the Department of Marketing had a brief introduction to Professor Son K. Lam about his publications and ongoing projects.
Next, Prof. Son K. Lam discussed with the lecturers how to organize research ideas, peer review processes, scopes and orientations of leading journals in Marketing, and the basic skills researchers must equip. Prof. Son K. Lam also shared his difficulties and experiences in top journals and how to set goals and self-motivate during a whole research career.
After concluding the presentation, Prof. Son K. Lam and the lecturers of FBA discuss directions and strategies to develop and expand the research networks and opportunities for cooperation between Prof. Son K. Lam and FBA, Ton Duc Thang University.
