As part of its strategy to connect with the business community and enhance practical impact, the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Business Administration – Ton Duc Thang University, collaborated with Pontech Joint Stock Company to complete three transfer packages of applied scientific research in HR management, aiming for the "Ready for International 2030" objective and driving sustainable development for the enterprise.

The consulting project was led by Ms. Tran Phuong Nga, MBA – Lecturer at the Department of Human Resource Management (Faculty of Business Administration, TDTU) with nearly 30 years of HRM practical experience. The close collaboration between the university's expert team and the Executive Board of Pontech Joint Stock Company created an effective partnership model, bridging academic knowledge with real-world corporate challenges. Beyond the initial consulting packages, the project continues with a close mentoring program accompanying the business through the end of 2026.

Through scientific research, in-depth surveys, and face-to-face interviews, the project delivered comprehensive management solutions for Pontech:

• Building Organizational Foundations: Shaping corporate cultural DNA, designing a Total Rewards System, and standardizing competency frameworks alongside job architecture.
• Applying Advanced Tools: Measuring and identifying Motivational Capital through the application of TraitMap® and Motivation Questionnaire (MQ®) – a crucial foundation for workforce planning and development.
• Defining Strategic Priorities: Through Leadership Coaching sessions, the project co-planned four development pillars with the enterprise: Knowledge Management System (KMS), Performance Management System (PMS), Mentoring & Coaching Culture, and Career Paths to foster engineering teams under an Organic Growth model.
