The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Ton Duc Thang University is designed to equip managers, professionals, and future entrepreneurs with in-depth and up-to-date management knowledge, along with strong analytical, integrative, and professional leadership skills.

The program offers two clearly defined tracks:

  • Research-oriented Track: Focuses on developing independent research capacity and the creation of new knowledge. This track is suitable for learners who wish to pursue higher academic degrees (PhD) or careers as lecturers and researchers.
  • Application-oriented Track: Emphasizes updating and systematizing modern management knowledge while developing effective problem-solving skills for middle- and senior-level managers in organizations.

The program is developed in accordance with the legal framework of the Ministry of Education and Training and Ton Duc Thang University, and benchmarked against curricula of leading universities worldwide such as Harvard University, National University of Singapore (NUS), and the University of Sydney.
