Academic and Cultural Exchange with European students: Toward a Sustainable Local Well-being

The session opened with welcoming remarks and an introduction from Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh, Assistant to the Dean, Faculty of Business Administration. Following that, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hang, lecturer at the Faculty, gave a keynote presentation on Business Models for Sustainable Development. Her session offered students both academic insights and real-world perspectives on how sustainable development and community well-being are being integrated into business growth worldwide.

Following the presentation, students worked in teams to discuss and propose business models that promote sustainable development and local well-being. Each group presented diverse and creative ideas for sustainable business models, including rural healthcare services, waste-to-compost solutions, sand-based stress-relief products, and item exchange service.

After the meaningful academic activities, the program continued with a lively cultural exchange between Vietnamese students and those from the UK, France, and Denmark. In an open and inclusive atmosphere, both Vietnamese and European students shared about their cultures, customs, cuisines, and learning experiences in their home countries. This connection not only helped students gain a deeper understanding of the value of cultural diversity but also fostered a spirit of respect, sharing, and global cooperation.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the guest speaker, lecturers, and all Vietnamese and international students who contributed to the success of this program. Your active participation and eagerness to learn created a dynamic and meaningful academic environment, where knowledge was exchanged, cultures were connected, and the spirit of sustainable development was strongly promoted.
