On the afternoon of October 21st, 2022, the Faculty of Business Administration of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) collaborated with IHG Group and Ariyana & Furama Group successfully organized a career talk with topic “LET’S START YOUR HOSPITALITY JOURNEY” at hall 10F of Ton Duc Thang University and received the participation of a large number of students of the Hospitality Management.
The program was honored to have the presence of speaker Doan Tran Phuong Thao - Area Director of Human Resource IHG Southern Vietnam & Laos, Mr. Diogo Palma - Director of Rooms tại InterContinental Saigon Hotel, Mr. Andre - General Manager of the Ariyana tourism complex.
The main content of the talkshow revolved around the essential information in preparing and making suitable career planning for the students of Hospitality Management such as career opportunities, training opportunities, and working environment in each department in the hotel. In addition, the seminar also had valuable sharing about the important skills of employees in each department as well as working trends and market demands of the Tourism and Hospitality Industry.

This is also an opportunity for students to communicate with guests who have professional qualifications and long-term experiences so that students can learn and appreciate information from both theoretical and practical perspectives in the field of Hospitality. After that, students can prepare painstakingly for their future careers which leads them to success more quickly.
