On October 1, 2024, the "Mentoring Sóng" 2024 project, organized by the Faculty of Business Administration ,Ton Duc Thang University, officially wrapped up its impactful journey with a closing ceremony and a thought-provoking talkshow entitled "Real Perspectives: Corporate or Entrepreneurship". This project proudly marks the university’s pioneering mentoring initiative, supporting 11 mentor-mentee pairs through 4 modules and a series of 7 events, engaging over 1,000 students from February to October 2024.
The program was honored by the presence of the Faculty board including:

The program achieved resounding success, with the presence of mentors from the "Mentoring Sóng" project, along with esteemed guest speakers—industry experts and successful alumni from the Faculty—who have excelled in various fields:

The closing ceremony of "Mentoring Sóng" provided a platform to honor the invaluable contributions of mentors, guest speakers, sponsors, and the organizing committee, all of whom played pivotal roles in the program’s success. The event also celebrated the winners of the “Mentoring Journey” contest, recognizing three exceptional mentees for their significant personal growth and development. In addition, the “60 Years of Life” competition honored three mentees who penned captivating narratives, offering unique perspectives and clear visions of their future.
The talkshow provided students with a wealth of practical insights as guest speakers discussed two vital career paths: building a career within a corporation or venturing into entrepreneurship. Students not only gained first-hand knowledge and diverse perspectives from the speakers but also received priceless guidance and inspiration for their future endeavors.
As the event drew to a close, an atmosphere of enthusiasm and motivation pervaded the hall. The "Mentoring Sóng" 2024 project has not only created a meaningful journey, equipping mentees with essential tools for their careers, but has also made a lasting impact on the student community of Ton Duc Thang University.
