To ensure the employability rate of graduates 12 months after graduation, Department of International Business coordinated with industry representations to organize an online seminar entitled: " How to win employers' heart with confidence".
The sharing session welcomed the participation of:
- Mr. Quang Le Trong Bang - Director,Supply Chain Management, Cargill Vietnam.
- Ms. Huynh Nhu Nguye - CEO, VILAS.
- Mr. Hoang Minh Dai - Logistics Operation Manager, DKSH Vietnam, South Region.
- Huynh Ho My Quyen - K21 student, TDTU; ITL Management Trainee Sales Executive- Dash Logistics.
During 2 hours and 30 minutes, students and guest speakers enjoyed the session with lots of take-aways:
- How to best prepare for your interview: pre, during and post interview;
- How to get along with employers, communication skills at work place;
- Teamwork and time management skills.
Furthermore, guest speakers exchanged a lot of valuable questions with guest speakers and received their constructive feedbacks from a perspective of employers.
This event hopefully equip students well with strong employability skills to gain the most opportunity in their future.
