As an annual activity created for students to express themselves and exchange any ideas with the faculty board, on September 13, 2021, Faculty of Business Administration, Ton Duc Thang University organized a Faculty-Student online dialogue, first time in this 2021-2022 academic year with the inviting students from K22,K23,K24 cohorts.
Attending the online meeting were representatives of the Department of Student Affairs, Department of Inspection, Legal and Security, the Dean of the Faculty, and faculty lecturers and staffs. Most importantly, more than 400 students representing all cohorts across 4 majors: International Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management and Human Resource Management.
It was a lively session with lots of questions raised by the students ranging from training program, extra-curricular activities, English courses, graduation thesis, work-integrated module and student scientific research activities, tuition fees, etc. All student feedbacks and concerns were noted and explained timely and persuasively by the representatives of departments in-charge, Dean of the Faculty, lecturers to ensure information was delivered correctly and in a timely manner. The Faculty and related University departments took every issue addressed in the meeting seriously and with all the resources in-hand helped students overcome and reassure to kick-start a new academic year successfully.
This opportunity also enabled the faculty to strengthen the relationship with relevant parties: University departments, faculty staffs, lecturers and students. By expressing the students' concerns and opinions, the Faculty could have more plans in place to gradually improve the quality of training, consolidate and diverse student services on and off campus to create the best environment to study and grow.
