FBA Mentoring Club organizes the talk show "Career Ready: Portfolio, Personal Branding & Agile Mindset" and the Closing Ceremony of FBA Mentoring season 3

On May 15, 2026, the FBA Mentoring Club, under the Faculty of Business Administration at Ton Duc Thang University, successfully hosted the talk show "Career Ready: Portfolio, Personal Branding & Agile Mindset" in conjunction with the Closing Ceremony of FBA Mentoring Season 3. The event aimed to provide students with practical perspectives on building a professional portfolio, developing a personal brand, and cultivating an agile mindset to proactively adapt to the modern professional landscape.

Attending the program, on behalf of the Faculty of Business Administration, Ton Duc Thang University, were:

  • Dr. Phung Minh Tuan - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration;

  • MSc. Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh - Assistant to the Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration;

  • MSc. Vo The Sinh - Lecturer of the Faculty of Business Administration, General Director of the FBA Mentoring Project.

On behalf of the Sponsors, the program was honored to welcome:

In addition, the event saw the participation of Mentors, Mentees, and a large number of students from the Faculty of Business Administration.

The talk show took place in an open and intimate atmosphere, attracting significant interest from the students. Through practical insights shared by the guest speakers, the program offered fresh perspectives on career preparation, ranging from building a standout personal portfolio and developing a distinctive personal brand to cultivating an Agile mindset—a proactive, flexible spirit ready to adapt to the dynamic changes in the labor market.

At the event, the speakers emphasized that a portfolio is not merely a document to showcase skills, experiences, or achievements, but rather a powerful tool that helps individuals articulate their growth story clearly and persuasively. An effective portfolio must highlight the creator's unique imprint, learning journey, practical capabilities, and career orientation.

Furthermore, the program addressed the crucial role of personal branding in the contemporary workplace. Students were encouraged to establish a professional image through their attitude, communication style, sense of responsibility, and consistency in both academic and professional endeavors. Additionally, the Agile mindset was highlighted as a critical factor, empowering the youth to proactively learn, flexibly adapt, and continuously improve themselves in the face of an ever-changing labor market.

Beyond the sharing sessions, the program also created an engaging platform for students to interact directly, ask questions, and listen to practical experiences from the experts. Through this, attendees gained clearer direction for their personal development, profile refinement, and career preparation.

Alongside the talk show, the Closing Ceremony of FBA Mentoring Season 3 took place in a solemn and emotional atmosphere. At the ceremony, Mr. Vo Cao Thang - President of the FBA Mentoring Club, represented the Organizing Committee to deliver a summary speech, looking back on the past 6-month journey filled with diverse activities, hands-on experiences, and the remarkable growth of the Mentees within the project.

To acknowledge the constant companionship and support throughout the journey, the Organizing Committee presented Letters of Appreciation to the Teachers, the Advisory Board, the Sponsors, and the Mentors. This was not only an expression of gratitude for their invaluable contributions but also a recognition of the individuals and organizations that played a vital role in the overall success of FBA Mentoring Season 3.

Moreover, the Mentees participating in the program received meaningful gifts from the Organizing Committee as an acknowledgment of their eagerness to learn, persistent efforts, and personal development journey throughout their time in the project.

Notably, the "My Journey of Growth" competition officially concluded with an award ceremony honoring the outstanding teams that won First, Second, Third, and Consolation prizes:

  • First Prize: Mentee Luong Nguyet Thuy with the project "TDTUers and the Plastic Reduction Semester"

  • Second Prize: Mentees Tu Ngoc Bao Tran & Nguyen Buu Tran with the project "First Aid Education Project: Practicing Reflexes for Children in Emergencies"

  • Third Prize: Mentees Khau Minh Trang & Mai Hong Tram with the project "Take Just Enough Portions"

  • Consolation Prize: Mentee Nguyen Quang Phu with the project "The Listening Station"

  • Consolation Prize: Mentees Nguyen Hoang Nha Han & Vo Thi Diem My with the project "Zero-VND Lunch"

Wrapping up the event, the "Career Ready: Portfolio, Personal Branding & Agile Mindset" talk show and the Closing Ceremony of FBA Mentoring Season 3 were not only an occasion to look back on a fulfilling journey but also marked the beginning of a new chapter for every student—a stepping stone where they will continue to carry their knowledge, experiences, and unique identities to confidently advance on their future career paths.

Through this program, the FBA Mentoring Club continues to affirm its role as a solid bridge between students and businesses, contributing to spreading the spirit of continuous learning, proactive self-development, and readiness to thrive in the modern professional environment.
